in LFS I don't think you get told to find a dude but get given no information on how, and then have to search an 80km square map to find him.

*I failed that mission btw*

Unless MW3 has a new engine it'll be the same annoying crap as in MW1+2+Black ops.

A half decent story with a few nice details but ruined by the AI and general feel.

Quote from Squelch :Yep. It's standard for vBulletin for exactly that reason although it can be annoying if you have several replies ready in different tabs/threads.

Yeah please drop this down to 30 seconds.

I don't think I've ever seen a spam bot on this forum anyway..

You're posting it to show it off which basically opens it up to feedback. To be honest you jumped the gun as Mr Pyschoman's comment wasn't rude or flamatory.

Oh well.

That was a really fail troll attempt. I chucked though.

Seems to be fixed. Had an error for the fuel temperature sensor, got new sensor and fitted that, still did it. Further investigations showed that one of the wires going to/from this sensor to the ECU was damaged. Repaired and now it's idling beautifully and felt much nicer to drive as well.

Quote from Bob Smith :It's not the dark. It's because groups of youngsters get in cars together, egg each other on, and the driver does silly things. It's not the road or driving itself that becomes more inherently more dangerous (the opposite I'd say). You can stop this by not allowing people to drive at night, or by mandating the older supervisor, who should in theory stop such situations, yet still allow night driving. Or just through proper education of youngsters.

I tend to agree that limiting how they drive is likely going to be more effective.

Before I started driving or hanging around with people who have cars I'd have agreed with you, however most of the people nowadays drive at or below the speed limit (mostly because of their cars with coilover suspension) and sit fairly peacefully in a carpark (sometimes with loud music but cmon..) and mind their own business.

Obviously you have the odd cock but I've seen more older drivers driving far more aggresively than I have younger drivers.

Also +1 Jack's comment about not having to drive with Mrs. Kitchen.

Much more sense than the pointless argument between Dara O' Brien and Mr Turkey.

Stretched tyres are quite gay as well but that's just my view. Tyres should be functional and be about grip, stretching them only makes them wear out funny, not work as well and be more likely to blow out if you get a puncture.

Quote from Jakg :It's just a resistor.

Effectively its making it draw ~2w (rather than the fraction of a watt it actually needs) to make the car think theres a real bulb there.

You don't need such a huge heatsink to dissipate the "wasted" 2w (which goes into heat), and i've used loads of "no error" LED's before and none of had such a ridiculous heatsink on there.

I just thought it was funny.

Actually they turned out really quite small. The heatsink was no taller or wider than a 5p and didn't affect fitting. Look brilliant!

I made an offer and think it's sensible. £40 for a valet these days and it'd cost me that in chuggachugga liquid to get there and back.
